I’m not sure what to think about this news-wise because he’s been separated from his wife for two-ish years and she’s divorced, but fitsnews.com is publishing emails and text what-nots between Richard Eckstrom, SC Comptroller-General, and Kelly Payne, currently seeking the SC GOP nomination for South Carolina Secretary of Education.
The State is quoting Payne\’s allegation that her emails were leaked to the press.
Here’s some advice, Chief: get a divorce, don’t use your Blackeberry for your love life and quit believing that you can have the life promised by the male enhancement commercials (you’ll end up in the coronary ward either way). This ain’t rocket science, you know… especially after the last year or so.
Frankly, I find the incident involving Eckstom\’s 2006 summer vacation with a state-owned van and state government fuel charge card to be a bigger deal or then again there’s that other one in 1998 involving Eckstrom standing “awkwardly close” (his words) to a female staffer that cost Palmetto Staters $57,000.
